Drop-offs can be made between 8-11 and 1-4pm M-F
Must call ahead for availability.
Must have RMA number available. Without a RMA, drop-off will not be accepted. If the installer is adamant about dropping off, ETS is not responsible for loss of battery.
Once a time for a drop-off is scheduled, the customer must arrive on time or they will have to wait until someone is available to accept the battery when time permits.
1. Complete & print the RMA Input Form, insert in shipping box.
2. Complete the highlighted sections of the FedEx BOL.
3. Print & attach FedEx BOL to the outer shipping box.
4. Print & attach Safety Data Sheet (SDS) to the outer shipping box.
5. Contact FedEx at 1-800-441-0023, option 1 to schedule a pick-up. **Please note that residential addresses require a person to be present to receive the delivery. Be sure to provide the correct delivery address
