This program offers three modules for caregivers of infants, and three modules for caregivers of toddlers! If you would like to view both the infant and toddler modules, we encourage you to complete all three infant modules before moving to the toddler modules.
How should I view the modules?
These modules are interactive and self-paced, which means you can decide how much time you want to spend on each one! They can be viewed on any electronic device, but they will look better on a larger screen (i.e., tablet or laptop). However, if you only have a cell phone, that works, too! Each module should take between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on how much time is spent on the activities.
Which modules should I view?
If you are expecting a baby or have an infant up to 8 months of age, we encourage you to view the infant modules. The infant modules cover bottle feeding, transitioning to solid foods, and moving to finger foods. Even if your child is a little older, you can still watch these modules if you would like a refresher on these topics!

If you are a caregiver of a child between the ages of 6 months and 5 years of age, we encourage you to view the toddler modules. The toddler modules cover choosing healthy drinks, mealtime routines, and snacking. Even if your child is still an infant, these modules will help you prepare for when your child begins to eat table food. It will happen before you know it!
