One of the themes that runs through much of my work is helping children find their voice.
As co-author of Business Networking: Beyond Small Talk, and through years of hosting conversations, workshops and community events, I have seen first-hand how confidence in communication can open doors and create opportunities.
The ability to listen, ask questions, express ideas, build relationships and communicate with confidence are life skills that support friendships, education, future careers and wellbeing. Helping children develop these skills is one of the things I enjoy most about my work.
