altogether 8-10 files depending on your case.
WARNING! It is not enough to upload a document which then gets to "storage", you also have to link it to your application, by choosing the appropriate filename in the relevant dropdown menue. (See example below.) If you miss attaching the document to your application, the authorities will not see it.

The "full copy of (your) valid passport". You must include every page, including the blank ones!
"portrait" -- upload your passport photo here. It has to be good quality, so if you cannot get a good quality photo from your existing passport photo or passport, go to a photo booth at a major subway station and have a passport photo taken. Eg Keleti and Astoria stations have such a booth. It takes about 10 minutes to have a photo.
You can see three stages of attaching a document above. In case of "full copy of valid passport" a file has been uploaded and attached. In case of "portrait" a file has been uploaded but not yet attached. In all other cases no file has been uploaded.
This is what the upload page looks like. When you upload your file it gets to STORAGE and to a fixed category within that. You then have to attach your file to your application, on the previous page, otherwise authorities will not receive it.
(You can choose the name of the file to be stored under as you wish. )

The "health insurance policy (bond) entitling to full health care and document certifying the payment of insurance".
Your document (insurance letter OR card with description of coverage eg from a homepage) must show your name, policy number, policy type. The document(s) must prove you are covered for up to 50000 USD in medical expenses, including evacuation for the duration of your stay in Hungary.

1 file if you are supporting yourself: choose "bank-account statement" and upload a bank statement with your name on it, from within the last 30 days
2 files if someone else (eg your mother or father) is supporting you: upload a bank statement with their name on it, from within the last 30 days AND in category VI. below ("Optional documents") a letter in which they state their relationship to you and that they are willing to pay for all your expenses while you are in Hungary.

the "NOTIFICATION OF ACCOMMODATION" to the "accommodation provider declaration" category.

Upload and attach the "Certificate of legal relationship" that you will receive from ELTE Feb 9th or 10th to "document in proof of student status". This is what it looks like. NOTE THE "EDUCATION ID NUMBER"!
upload and attach the "IGAZOLÁS" that you receive also the same day to "document confirming the payment of the tuition fee". This is what it looks like.

the Hungarian language "BEFOGADÓ NYILATKOZAT" in which your landlord(s) state(s) that they allow you to register at their apartment (this is what it looks like)
the AUTHORIZATION you signed to allow Dia and Orsi inquire regarding your case. Here is what it looks like.
the Letter of Acceptance issued to you by ELTE university, that you received to use to obtain the consular certificate
if a family member is providing for your stay in Hungary and you have uploaded their bank statement then upload and attach here their handwritten letter stating their relationship to you and that they support you.
