Methodology

RESEARCH DESIGN

The researchers used the descriptive research design to assess the drawing skill of Information and communication Technology students. They will use the data collected using a questionnaire on their level of skill in drawing. Specifically the respondents are asked about their level of skill in edges, space ,light and shade , line relationship and their total over all skill of their drawing skill.

RESEARCH RESPONDENTS

The researchers will chose in both Grade 12 ICT I and II who are currently enrolled in Manila High School. They are chosen because they are taking the major subject Animation which is the related to our research. They are the right respondents who can give information about the level of skill in drawing.

SAMPLING PROCEDURE

The researchers will use Purposive Sampling technique in both Grade 12 ICT I and II.

RESEARCH ENVIRONMENT

The research environment is at Manila High School located on Muralla Street Intramuros Manila. It is a public school under the Department of Education. Headed by the principal Mr. Amor P. Dugay it is in this school where the researchers would disseminate their questionnaire to the Information and communication Technology students.

RESEARCH INSTRUMENT

The researchers will use a questionnaire in collecting the data, the questionnaire has one part only. It is using Likert scale to determine the level of their drawing skill In edges, space, light and shade, line relationship, and their overall skills. The respondents are asked to answer the questionnaire using google forms, they will have to rate themselves from 1-5 ( 1- Noice, 2- Advance beginner, 3- Competent, 4- Proficient, 5- Expert) For their drawing level skill.

DATA GATHERING(steps)

I.The researchers wrote the questionnaire "Assessing the level skill of Grade 12 ICT Animation student"

II.They will submit their questionnaire to the research teacher

III.The researcher will revise the questionnaire based on the feedback they were told by their research teacher

IV.The researcher will now finalize their questionnaire

V.They will write their transmittal letter for the approval of the school Principal

VI.The researcher will coordinate with the Adviser of the targeted respondents, to request assistance to disseminate the questionnaire through google forms

DATA GATHERING(steps)

VII. The researcher will disseminate the questionnaire to the respondents through google forms

VIII. They will retrieve the answers of the respondents

IX. The researcher will analyze and interpret the data that was collected

X. Lastly the researchers will organize the data in tables

DATA GATHERING

First, the Researchers will write the questionnaire on, "Assessing the Level Skill of Grade 12 Animation Student." They will submit their questionnaire to the Research Teacher. Then they will revise the questionnaire based on the feedback by their Research Teacher. They will finalize their questionnaire after that, they will write their transmittal letter for the approval of the School Principal. They will coordinate with the Advisers of the targeted respondents, to request assistance to disseminate the questionnaire through Google forms. They will disseminate the questionnaire to the respondents through Google forms. They will retrieve the answers of the respondents. They will analyze the data that was collected. Lastly, they will organize the data in tables.
