WINNER OF RED BULL DANCE YOUR STYLE Final Stockholm 2024.
My background in classical ballet, modern dance and hip hop dance styles has shaped the artistic expression I embody today. While studying at the Swedish Ballet School I also immersed myself in the dance styles of hip-hop culture which added new dimensions to my artistic repertoire.
From a young age I became part of the underground dance community, competing in battles both nationally and internationally. This wide ranging experience as a dancer has been a cornerstone of my career allowing me to explore various setting from battle stages to artistic productions and commercial projects.
The continuous blending of different techniques remains a key aspect of my creative process. Between 2016 and 2024 my versatility has been essential to the creative work of several choreographers. I’ve have supported them during the early stages of their projects, collaborated as a co-choreographer and brought their visions to life as a performer.
My work has involved experimenting with different movement patterns, gestures and emotional expressions to craft dynamic and multifaceted dance experiences. For two years I served as a mentor for Borås’ Cultural Summer Job project, helping young people bring their artistic ideas to life. This led to the formation of several dance groups that continue to thrive today. In recent years, I’ve also worked as a dance instructor at Löftadalens Folk High School contributing to the planning of the dance program, overseeing production and choreographing the program’s final showcase 2021.
