Endocrine emergencies—such as hyponatraemia, adrenal crisis, and thyroid storm—are rare but life-threatening. They often lead to ICU admissions, prolonged hospital stays, and preventable deaths. Despite guidelines, their management is rarely audited, leaving critical gaps in understanding and improving care.

RESCUE was developed to close the evidence gap in the management of endocrine emergencies. By supporting structured clinical data collection, we aim to improve patient outcomes, empower caregivers, and guide policy decisions through robust evidence.
