Mauricelm-Lei Millere (May 28, 1973) born Mauricelm-Lei Millere, subsequently coronated "Mauricelm X," very reminiscent of Black Muslim Minister "Malcolm X," is an author, psychiatric clinician, independent scientist, and African-American political / religious leader. The African American Defense League (AADL / A2DL) is a black nationalist group founded by Mauricelm-Lei Millere and Khalid Abdul Muhammad, with the guidance of Sister Ella Little-Collins (Eldest Sister of Minister Malcolm X), who transferred the OAAU Charter to Millere and Muhammad on August 28, 1986, at an old Elijah Muhammad Temple in Tunica, Mississippi, off old Highway 61 North.
The planned black Muslim meeting was organized to commemorate the life and works of Black Muslim Minister Malcolm X's Organization for Afro-American Unity and the founding of the African American Defense League, hence the name African American Defense League - Organization for Afro-American Unity (A2DL - OAAU).
The Anti-Defamation League asserts that Millere is an adviser to the New Black Panther Party. Sources suggest that he advises various leading black nationalist organizations. A strong advocate for black nationalism and Pan-Africanism, Millere believes these teachings to be the only philosophies to secure liberation for Africans born in America and abroad.
Though admired as a strong advocate for the black community, detractors often refer to his lectures as those which perpetuate racism and violence. Millere is considered very influential in the African American political and religious movement. He was personal administrative advisor to Khalid Abdul Muhammad, Malik Zulu Shabazz, Hashim Nzinga, preceding chairmen of the New Black Panther Party; and

The African American Defense League ('AADL / A2DL) is a black nationalist group founded by Mauricelm-Lei Millere (or Minister Mauricelm X) , Khalid Abdul Muhammad August 28, 1986 in Tunica, Mississippi, at the guidance / suggestion of 'Sister Ella Little-Collins' (The Elder Sister of Minister Malcolm X) who was visiting, where Millere would give the lecture entitled, '"The Black Revolution and The Black Evolution" , the purpose of the founding conference was "to pass the torch!"
Millere is an psychiatric clinician, African American political and religious figure, and independent scientist.According to the Anti-Defamation League he is advisor to the New Black Panther Party.
African American Defense League became a popular group as the use of deadly force by police increased to high profile, advocating fair use of the 2nd amendment for African Americans and self-defense. The group is accused of preaching hate, racism, and violence, although best known calling for the death of Darren Wilson, the officer who shot and killed Mike Brown in Ferguson, Missouri 2014. The group's Leader was introduced to the Nation of Islam by Khalid Abdul Muhammad. The Group is lauded by many in the black community for their ridicule of White American privilege and or white racism. The African American Defense League is instrumental in the African American political and religious movement of America (See also Nation of Islam, Louis Farrakhan and Black Coffee Party USA).
"The African American Defense League Is An Organization In Two Parts: 1.) We Are An Organization of Africans, or Blacks, Committed To Self-defense. This Is Why We Are Called The African American Defense League. This Is Self-Explanitory to the Blackman, Black Self-defense! 2.) We Are An Organization For Afro-American Unity (OAAU), A Pan-Africanist Organization Founded by Our Beloved Brother Minister Malcolm X in 1964. The A2DL - OAAU was modeled on the Organization of African Unity, which had impressed Malcolm X during his visit to Africa in April and May 1964. The purpose of the OAAU was to fight for the human rights of African Americans and promote cooperation among Africans and people of African descent in the Americas. I want to say to you, nothing has changed! Our aim is to run this well oiled, fine tuned machine!
Malcolm X announced the establishment of the OAAU at a public meeting in New York's Audubon Ballroom on June 28, 1964. He had written the group's charter with John Henrik Clarke, Albert Cleage, Jesse Gray, and Gloria Richardson, among others. In a memo dated July 2, 1964, FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover described the nascent OAAU as a threat to the national security of the United States. Here we stand 20 - 22 later, yours truly Dr. Khalid Abdul Muhammad and my young Minister Mauricelm X! We are thankful to you for being here, being patient, and being loyal to yourselves. Malcolm X, along with John Henrik Clarke, wrote the following into the Organization of Afro-American Unity (OAAU) Basic Unity Program:
Restoration: "In order to release ourselves from the oppression of our enslavers then, it is absolutely necessary for the Afro-American to restore communication with Africa."
Reorientation: "We can learn much about Africa by reading informative books and by listening to the experiences of those who have traveled there."
Education: "The Organization of Afro-American Unity will devise original educational methods and procedures which will liberate the minds of our children. We will ... encourage qualified Afro-Americans to write and publish the textbooks needed to liberate our minds ... educating them [our children] at home."
Economic Security: "After the Emancipation Proclamation ... it was realized that the Afro-American constituted the largest homogeneous ethnic group with a common origin and common group experience in the United States and, if allowed to exercise economic or political freedom, would in a short period of time own this country. We must establish a technician bank. We must do this so that the newly independent nations of Africa can turn to us who are their brothers for the technicians they will need now and in the future."
Self Defense: "In order to enslave a people and keep them subjugated, their right to self defense must be denied. We encourage the Afro-Americans to defend themselves against the wanton attacks of the racist aggressors whose sole aim is to deny us the guarantee of the United Nations Charter of Human Rights and of the Constitution of the United States."
The OAAU pushed for black control of every aspect of the black community. At the founding rally, Malcolm X stated that the organization's principal concern was the human rights of blacks, but that it would also focus on voter registration, school boycotts, rent strikes, housing rehabilitation, and social programs for addicts, unwed mothers, and troubled children. Malcolm X saw the OAAU as a way of "un-brainwashing" black people, ridding them of the lies they had been told about themselves and their culture.
On July 17, 1964, Malcolm X was welcomed to the second meeting of the Organisation of African Unity in Cairo as a representative of the OAAU.
When a reporter asked whether white people could join the OAAU, Malcolm X said, "Definitely not." Then he added, "If John Brown were still alive, we might accept him. "We echo the same sentiments as Brother Minister Malcolm X, this organization is for the Blackman!" Dr Khalid Abdul Muhammad

"The "black" race is experiencing major psychoses and major mood disorders. Psychoses is a non-specific diagnosis but it describes nomenclatures used for 6 a class of mental illnesses or disorders, including delusions (pseudo-beliefs in the nakedness of extraordinary facts to the contrary); Also, hallucinations, or sounds and glimpses, imagined, while awake, or conscious; in the absence of any external stimulus. Consequently, psychoses can be defined as a loss of contact with reality. It is an accepted theory among psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, and/or workers of the mental health community; that psychoses and persistent mood disorders result from chemical imbalances in the brain, or around such. These imbalances create psychotic states. Psychotic states can be caused by drugs, such as methamphetamines, LSD, or prolonged use of amphetamines but much of the mental health community are attributing the condition to decrease 7 in brain or cranial fluid: Such as serotonin, if decreased, which causes individuals to act irregular or respond within an altered mental status. Although, drug induced psychotic illnesses can be treated with drugs - this is not the case for psychotic disorders inhabited or inherited genetically. Psychiatrist (physicians who treat mental disorders) exercise other methods to treat psychotic disorders of other origins."
"Perhaps they have forgotten about the Watts Riots. Dr. William H. Grier, and Dr. Price M. Cobbs, wrote a book entitled, "Black Rage, 1968." I was very privileged to have discovered the book. This gentleman pointed out the one thing that the black race, on a grand scale, has failed to use a source 19 of power and insight, black rage, because he has so much of it. Black Rage is a very thought provoking book. It is the raw truth concerning psychoses and major mood disorders amid the black race. When I saw the book I wondered what was inside. The title is self-explanatory, however, I did not know what I expected to read. Although, I can tell you that I was shocked with the truth, and sincerity, the book provided concerning the black race; blackness and his rage. Those responsible for the mental or behavioral anguish/illnesses - which is expressed in terms of rage; driven by actions psychologically interwoven in their blackness and punishments concerning such. The worst treatment against the Negro race 20 is the one he commits against himself. As He seeks, neither, to discuss nor investigate the seriousness of his condition; in America and around the world. Only to understand how it affects him at home full circle. The mental / behavioral illnesses of the black race cannot be summed up in basic psychosis or major mood disorders. His / Her problems are more complex than the norm psychotic episodes or illnesses. Dr. William Grier, and Dr. Price M. Cobbs, showed us the door, a way that is familiar to the black man, alone. The quest to understand our disposition that we may determine our fate; and not be confined to the institutional illusions of humanistic relativistic definitions, what is inferior or superior. Millions among the black race are enraged when he/she observes our disposition, even, with an open-mind."
Minister Malcolm X is as close to the Black-Jesus figure as you’ll ever get! The Black-Jesus figure was everything but compromising, unlike the white-nationalistic figure of Jesus put before African slaves in American bondage who justified evil governmental practices. He, black like Minister Malcolm X, acknowledges that Black-Israel became slaves to white-Greek, white-Romans, and other white-nations on the false precepts that they were somehow inferior to their successors and the eugenic-religious belief that it was / is the will of God. Minister Malcolm X, like the Black-Jesus figure, fought against the slavic teaching and racists superstitions with truth, which is a sword against all evil, falsehood, and shield against all fiery darts of the enemy. Each lost their lives for preaching the uncompromising truth because pure truth cannot be compromised and to change it “one jot or tittle” means “denying the power thereof!”
According to Mr. Alex Haley, in our interview of June 1986 - November 1988, who discussed the epilogue with me to the greatest length of my young understanding, “the fiery Minister Malcolm X was, without exception, voiced in open dialogue what most blacks only hissed in secret behind closed doors / behind the backs of their ‘so called politically-friendly’ white allies. Minister Malcolm X is the most misunderstood black leader of our times.” I contorted that he said “is the most misunderstood leader of our times” Is? I asked. He replied, “Yes! Is! Because he yet lives in you, me, and all black people who will allow him (his teachings & understanding to come into you or abide in your mind and heart. That sounds a lot like the Black-Jesus figure and brother to the Black-Jesus figure.”

Introduction
In the outstart, I would like to state that racism, and its institutions, were created to justify the enslavement of African people! Black Rage (or Manic Aggressive Personality Disorder) is a mental illness merely affecting Africans, Africans born in America, or the Pan-African Community. The death of George Floyd has certainly tipped the scales! Now comes the ‘new blackman’ to physically fight his age old racist enemy, with new - physical fist, new weaponry, new ammunition, and with a new mind! Chapter 1: Early African Societies 20 - 7.3 Million Years Ago PHP:
There Are Four Articles Of Existence
Human (or Hue - Man).
Humankind (akin to Hue - Man).
Man (neither or either human or humankind).
Mankind (resembling man only in appearance but unable to reason. Homo Erectus: Man & Beast).
During the Early and Middle Miocene eras, dating between twenty and ten million years ago, Africa had a much higher annual rainfall level than today. A single super-rainforest covered most of the continent from shore to shore.
A hominoid (primate) is said to be ancestor common to all living apes, early humans recorded them living in the trees of this super-rainforest (Understanding The Antediluvian Race: (PHP 7.3 million years - 10.3 thousand years BC).
Africa first became connected to Eurasia around 18 million years ago, causing major geological upheavals, and transforming formerly flat landscapes by pushing up some of the world's youngest mountain ranges: the Pyrenees, the Alps, and the Zagros mountains, as well as the mountains and rift valleys of East Africa. Geographical transformations were accompanied by gradual climatic and environmental changes which may even have triggered the emergence of the first specialized hominoid known as mankind.

Since the dawn of man, mankind, B.C.E. 55,000 - 60,000 years ago, humankind - who existed in Africa peaceably for PHP 10 million years, has ever been in danger of being enslaved, murdered, and or oppressed, by mankind’s wary and unscientific communes or states. Humankind was forced to take the position of abolitionist, an occupation as old as slavery, due to the inhuman desires of mankind to enslave their kind. Where does this “Mankind” originate? Before we can go any further, you must understand that there is an extinct / distinct difference between the nomenclature mankind and humankind, also what was / is considered human vs what is considered man. They’re more than just scientific terms, or rather socio-scientific references, but to each nature they are distinct /extinct and different. These I label as The Four Articles Our Scientific Existence: Article 1 - Human. Article 2 - Humankind. Article 3 - Man. Article 4 - Mankind. For the sake of stipulation, Article 4 - mankind is defined as a kind of man scientifically dissolved ( has fallen through environmental change, genetic modification, tamperings - these descents can be scientific, environment, or both) from the earlier state of his true nature due to changes in his environment, or due to his / her own will to a greater / lesser nature. The strong similarities of what once was, the true nature of man, reduced / induced to what currently / presently stands in scale. This variation is particular to the present white global race. For the sake of clarity, mankind is used to describe a man / woman who is white, no longer pure, no longer true to their nature.
Likewise, the same has befallen the articles and it will take history and science to explain this phenomenon.

Beware of any black person that the white-media keeps before the camera, take it from me, they can’t be good for the black mass!” This was told to me, in an interview with Sister Dr. Betty X-Shabazz in 1988, before my mentor and colleague Dr. Khalid Abdul Muhammad - alongwith my grandfather Reverend Pastor Samuel Rogers. Dr. Mauricelm-Lei Millere (Minister Mauricelm X) 2 As a muslim, and follower of The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, I’ve struggled heavily to make sense of the killing of Minister Malcolm X to no avail. Who could better answer the question of, “Who Killed Minister Malcolm X & Why Was He Killed?,” if not his wife. According to Sister Shabazz, killing Minister Malcolm X was seen by many muslims as a badge of honor, what’s more, Louis X-Farrakhan praised Malcolm’s killers once he was assassinated before his wife and children. Again I say, black muslims pulled the trigger that took the life of our brother in broad daylight before his wife and children, who sat unguarded in the audience.

This work is dedicated to Minister Malcolm X-Shabazz (Elhadj Malik El-Shabazz), his wife Dr. Betty X-Shabazz, their grandson MalcolmShabazz, their daughters Attallah, Quibilah, Illyasha, Guamilah, Maalak, Malikah. Every black muslim, and every blackman in America owe you their greatest debt for black liberation. I offer you my greatest apology / condolence, and loyalty, for the loss of life of your father & mother Minister Malcolm X-Shabazz and Sister Dr. Betty X-Shabazz. I further apologize for the actions of ignorant black muslims, in the Nation of Islam, who caused fear and harm to you, the assassination of our beloved Minister Malcolm X, and the stripping away of a great black father and husband from a sincere black family. I am credited as the founder of Manic Aggressive Personality Disorder, or Black Rage by another name. I attribute the violence within the African American, global African, community to the enslavement / oppression of the black race. This psycho-socio illusion, personality disorder (or M.A.P.D.), is an isolated illness pertaining to the African race entirely - mimics bipolar and schizophrenic personality [1]. Whether he is in America, Africa, the Diaspora, or abroad he suffers psychologically and socially from the evils of this neurotic syndrome for two reasons. Primarily, he suffers because the European (white) racist delusion of slavery encountered him as an animal. The term used is chattel (human cattle). Secondly, the culprit race, responsible for his inquisition refuse to take responsibility for the system of slavery and its damages, which is psychological or sociological in nature, they caused. Moreover, it is important to understand that the instituters of racial-slavery are indeed psychotic for in their delusion, still, they insist on teaching and preaching a system of superiority or inferiority. Thus, leaving the, visibly, less esteemed feeling less superior; and 'where', might I ask, 'are the reparation for such unearned sufferings?' Much of the background work, clinically speaking, had been achieved by Dr. William H. Grier and Price M. Cobbs, authors of the 1968 book, entitled, "Black Rage.". Which was largely attributed to explosive black occurrences as a result of his forced identity amid democracy. I sought to bring some clarity to its effects (slavery and white racist administration) as an ongoing disease; attributed to more than horrible race relations between what we esteem as blackness or whiteness. For instance many white racist threats once brought fear into the black communities within America. However, today, the black man awaits the opportunity to prove himself in what Khalid Abdul Muhammad entitled as a race war between whites and blacks. There are threats against America's first African-American president, Mr Barack Hussein Obama, from white racist; if successful threatens a racial-war torn America equivalent to the middle-east conflict between the Jews and Palestinians today. John Allen Muhammad, D.C. Sniper was the full bloom of "black rage". Mr. Muhammad was the beginning of the disease's back-fire, so to speak, against the culprit race, who instituted slavery in America and around the world. For the African, and his descendents, born in America and abroad are experiencing this sickness. The Pan-African community is experiencing post-traumatic slave syndrome, directly linked to the maltreatment he has undergone in his past and present. In his mental exhaustion he has but one last chance to be heard. Consequently, the violence in his community shall no longer suffice his thirst to be recognized so he begins to attack his grandmaster, master, master's children and even the perceived, Uncle Tom - himself, He means no harm and can be held to little responsibility for the heavy yoke of his, seemingly-unquenchable, fire to seek salter for such an awful act against his humanity."

If the whiteman is truly your friend he will certainly understand you standing up for yourself, and defending yourself, against the vicious lynchings, beatings, shootings, hangings, and all other vicious racist attacks facing, and formed against, the global black community worldwide. He / They would understand why you must fight to bring an end against the evils you face as a people, or nation. Take for instance, historically, John Brown - no one had to coach John Brown to fight against slavery, racism, plantationism, reservations, and all other evils facing the African-Natives of his day, he went with his moral / Godly convictions to raise regiments to end the evils of American Slavery Capitalism, to damage its stock at the core. The brief history of John Brown is that he was an American abolitionist leader in the rawest form. He rose to national prominence for his radical abolitionism and fighting in Bleeding Kansas, eventually being arrested and executed for a failed incitement of a slave rebellion at Harpers Ferry preceding the American Civil War. A man of strong religious convictions, Brown believed he was "an instrument of God", raised up to strike the death blow to American slavery, a "sacred obligation". Brown felt that violence was necessary to end American slavery, since peaceful efforts had failed.
