Prince Imhotep / Staturesque - Mask: Born Imhotep (or the one who comes in peace): fl. late 27th century BC) was an Kemetian chancellor to the Pharaoh Djoser, architect of Djoser's step pyramid, and high priest of the sun god Ra at Heliopolis. Much is known of Imhotep as a historical figure, and in the 3,000 years following his death, he continues to be glorified and deified.
What and Who Is Kemet?
Traditions from long after Imhotep's death treated him as a great author of wisdom texts and especially as a physician. Biblical, Religious, and Kemetian text from his lifetime mentions these capacities and biblical text mentions his name in the first 1,200 years following his death. Three short contemporary inscriptions that establish him as chancellor to the Pharaoh, the first text to reference Imhotep dates to the time of Amenhotep III (c. 1391–1353 BC).

A Book Of Herbs I: For The Beginner
For the African born in American exile, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, stress, insomnia, schizophrenia, bipolar, and agoraphobia are among the most common mental health disorders and are the major cause of disability throughout the African Diaspora. According to the food and drug administration (FDA), Herbal Medicines (HMs) are receiving surmountable play amid the World Health Organization. Due to the practice of Africa’s Influential Herbal Medicinal Practices (A.I.H.M.Ps.), in America and around the world, “black regions” maintain rural traditions and are among the most extensively studied areas globally regarding herbal medicinal plant uses. The current view, and over, aims to bring light to the use of untampered, organic, and cultivated plants, specified as sedatives. For instance, insomnia treatment in colonial & present Italy, and to draw, postulate, and sum up the available resource / literature concerning their Clinical-pharmacological finding as well as the post-clinical / herbal-medicinal research and pre-clinical / herbal medicinal research, observing the most cited plants. In summation, there are 106 unharassed plants that are harvested in Italy for sedative purposes, just as they’ve been since the enslavement of African people by the Italians. These organic plant species extend to 76 organic plant genus and 32 plant-familia; of which the most exercised are Asteraceae (25.5%) and Lamiaceae (22.2%). Leaves (50%) and flowers (30%) are the plant-genera commonly processed infusively (70%) and herbal medicinal preparation (25%). Out of 106 taxa / plants recorded, particularly the most notable are observed in this panoramic scope (A. arvensis L., C. nepeta L., C. monogyna Jacq., H. lupulus L., L. nobilis L., L. angustifolia Mill., M. sylvestris L., M. chamomilla L., M. officinalis L., O. basilicum L., P. rhoeas L., P. somniferum L., R. officinalis L., T. platyphyllos Scop., and V. officinalis L.). Amid the herb-species selected, unfortunately less than ten have been pursued for their pharmacological properties as herbal medicinal hypnotic-sedatives. In the days to come post-clinical / herbal-medicinal research, pre-clinical /herbal-medicinal research, and clinical research, altogether, will be re-adjusted needed to better clarify the patterns of action of bioactive compounds and to pin-point the full abilities of herbal medicinal practice as more than just alternative therapies.
