The data collection for the manual is based on interviews with the lecturers on one side and on group interviews with the participants and alumni on the other in a multilingual environment within institutions of higher education. This in a multilingual environment in institutions of higher education. Findings are divided into strategies and methods concerning multilingual teaching and learning. The interviews and the group interviews were conducted multilingually by using the most functional languages. The data analysis, a qualitative content analysis, provides an overview on the perspectives of the lecturers as well as the participants. The developed structure and results of the categories were then used to structure this online manual.
