# RepLock Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of RepLock (the "App"), provided by Nuran Çoşkun ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using RepLock, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
## 1. Developer Information

## 2. App Purpose
RepLock is a fitness and productivity app. It helps users earn temporary access to selected apps, categories, or web domains by completing short exercise sessions. The App may include exercise counting, Screen Time-based blocking, progress tracking, reminders, ranks, challenges, and optional paid features.
RepLock is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
## 3. Apple Standard End User License Agreement
Your use of RepLock is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at:

If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, Apple's terms apply where required by Apple.
## 4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
RepLock is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Exercise involves physical risk. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is appropriate for your health, fitness level, and environment.
Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified medical professional before using the App or starting a new exercise routine if you have a medical condition, injury, disability, pregnancy, or any health concern.
RepLock's exercise counting and motion analysis are estimates and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on RepLock for medical, safety-critical, rehabilitation, or professional athletic decisions.
## 5. Age and Parent or Guardian Responsibility
RepLock is designed for a general audience and may be suitable for users aged 4 and older. Children should use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and allow a child to use RepLock, you are responsible for:
- Deciding whether the App is appropriate for the child.
- Supervising exercise activity.
- Managing Screen Time, app blocking, purchases, and device permissions.
- Reviewing these Terms and the Privacy Policy on the child's behalf.
## 6. Camera, Screen Time, and Notifications
RepLock may request access to device features such as:
- Camera, to detect body position and count exercises.
- Screen Time and Family Controls, to let you select apps, categories, or web domains for blocking and unlocking.
- Notifications, to send optional workout or routine reminders.
You can grant, deny, or revoke these permissions in iOS Settings. Some App features may not work without the relevant permission.
## 7. User Content and Profile Information
You may enter information such as a name or nickname, age, focus goal, daily screen-time target, avatar choice, reminder settings, and leaderboard username. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and appropriate.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. We may remove or restrict content or leaderboard names that violate these Terms or interfere with the App.
## 8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
RepLock may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or premium access through Apple in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
Subscription details, including price, duration, renewal terms, and trial terms, are shown before purchase in the App Store purchase sheet or Apple payment flow.
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, subscriptions may automatically renew. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

We cannot directly issue Apple App Store refunds or change Apple's billing decisions.
## 9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to bypass, interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt App functionality.
- Use the App in a way that could damage devices, services, networks, or other users.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
- Abuse subscriptions, purchases, support, leaderboard systems, or data deletion requests.
## 10. App Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of RepLock at any time. Features may change based on operating system support, Apple APIs, device capabilities, App Store requirements, or technical limitations.
We do not guarantee that RepLock will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or operating system version.
## 11. Third-Party Services
RepLock may use third-party services to provide app functionality, including backend storage, anonymous authentication, purchase management, and subscription status. These services may process limited information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Apple handles App Store downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and Apple ID billing.
## 12. Privacy
Your use of RepLock is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and what choices you have.

## 13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepLock is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the App will meet your expectations, produce specific fitness results, reduce screen time, or work without interruption or error.
## 14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or device functionality arising from or related to your use of RepLock.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
## 15. Termination
You may stop using RepLock at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to App features if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
Deleting the App may remove local data from your device, but some server-side records may remain unless you request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
## 16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of RepLock after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
