# RepLock Support

Thank you for using RepLock. RepLock helps you put a short exercise challenge between you and distracting apps, so you can earn focused screen time through movement.

- The RepLock app version.

We aim to review support messages as soon as reasonably possible. Response times may vary depending on volume and the complexity of the issue.
## Common Help Topics
### Camera Access and Exercise Counting
RepLock uses the device camera to detect body points and count exercises during workout sessions. Camera access is used only while an exercise camera screen is active.
If camera counting does not work:
1. Open the iOS Settings app.
2. Find RepLock.
3. Make sure Camera access is enabled.
4. Use RepLock in a well-lit area.
5. Keep your full upper body visible when performing exercises.
RepLock does not require you to record or upload videos for exercise counting.
### Screen Time Access
RepLock can use Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls features to block selected apps, categories, or web domains until you earn unlock minutes.
If app blocking does not work:
1. Open RepLock settings.
2. Check that Screen Time access is approved.
3. Re-select the apps or categories you want RepLock to block.
4. Make sure you have an active exercise reward or unlock session.
5. Restart RepLock if the system picker or blocking state does not refresh.
Screen Time permission can be changed in iOS Settings at any time.
### Notifications
RepLock may ask for notification permission so it can send routine reminders. Notifications are optional.
To change notification settings:
1. Open the iOS Settings app.
2. Tap Notifications.
3. Select RepLock.
4. Enable or disable alerts, sounds, and badges.
### Purchases and Subscriptions
RepLock may offer optional paid features through Apple in-app purchases. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple.
If your purchase is not active:
1. Open RepLock settings.
2. Tap Restore Purchases.
3. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
For billing, refunds, cancellation, and payment issues, use Apple's subscription and purchase support tools:

RepLock is a fitness and productivity tool, not a medical device. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting a new exercise routine if you have any health concerns.
