As Customer Care representatives, it is our job to make sure our customers are satisfied with the level of service we provide. Once you address his/her concern, ask the customer if there is anything else you can help with before ending the call.
Spiel: "Have I addressed your concern today? Is there anything else I can help you with?"
Spiel: "Nasagot ko na po ba ng tanong nila? May ibang concern pa po ba kayo?"
If your customer responds with YES, you should help your customer.
If NO more concerns, promote Self Care Channel.
