Steps for Reporting a Positive Case
Report 3 or more positive cases within 14 days, of children and/or staff to Alameda County Public Health Department, Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm by emailing: COVIDOB@acgov.org or calling: (510) 268-2101.

For licensed child care providers, follow the positive case reporting guidelines from the California Department of Social Services(CDSS) Community Care Licensing Division CCLD).

Testing
If you have symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19, you should be tested. If you have medical insurance, you should call your doctor/healthcare provider. If you do not have medical insurance, schedule an appointment at an Alameda County Public Health Department Community Testing Site near you.
