Data NEVER Sent to AI:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your account information

• Your physical address

Who Processes Your Data:

• OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) — Secure API gateway

• AI model providers (such as Google, Meta) accessed through OpenRouter

Your Consent & Control:

Your name, email, and personal information are NEVER sent to the AI. The app asks your explicit permission before sending any data to AI for the first time. You can revoke this permission anytime in Profile in  AI Settings.

Q: Who processes my AI data?

A: Your AI requests are processed through OpenRouter (openrouter.ai), which routes them to AI model providers such as Google and others. Only your issue description, category, state, and role are sent. No personally identifiable information (name, email, account details) is ever transmitted. All transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS.
