What is Plagiarism?
Plagiarism is the act of presenting someone else’s work, ideas, and words as your own without giving them the proper credit. There are many ways that a student can plagiarize: Paraphrasing a source or text incorrectly. Copying and pasting word for word. Missing citations. Submitting someone else’s work. Also, turn in a paper that you turned in from another class. This paper now belongs to the school.
