Raise The Bar Exercise offers a unique approach to fitness that combines mindful movement with strength training. Each class begins with a combination of stretching, breathing, and mindfulness exercises designed to help you relax and refocus your energy. You'll then be guided through a series of thoughtful strength moves that will help you build strength and increase your flexibility. With this holistic approach to fitness, you'll be able to achieve a full-body workout in a single hour.

Registration

Registration for classes is mandatory at least 3 hours before the start of class. If we don't have enough students registered, classes may be canceled. Thank you for your cooperation.
