Studio Policies 

Please help the studio run smoothly. Take a moment to review the studio policies below. 

Tuition

Tuition is due on the first day of your first class. We accept  Zelle, Venmo, cash or check.  Unpaid tuition will be assessed a 10% late fee after 7 days of nonpayment.

Health

Please help all of your fellow students stay healthy! If you or someone in your household is sick with something contagious, please take the class on Zoom if applicable. 

Zoom Links

All students (in person and virtual) have access to join via Zoom links for any registered class. Simply go to our class calendar and click on the date of your class and join. Not all classes are available on Zoom. Simply use the passcode 4442978041 to enter your class.  

Liability Release and Refund Statement

I hereby acknowledge and fully understand the potential dangers incidental to engaging in the dance, fitness and exercise activities, classes, that take place through the U Will Dance’s website and in person classes at any location, and that such activities require physical effort and exertion. I further acknowledge and agree that (i) I am responsible for consulting my physician or other health care provider prior to enrolling and participating in a Class to determine whether participating in a Class is appropriate for me; (ii) I will not enroll in or participate in Classes if my physician or health care provider advises against it; and (iii) if I experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time during a Class that I will stop immediately and contact my physician or health care provider. In the event I am injured, I voluntarily agree to assume any financial obligation, either through personal health insurance, or through some other means, for any medical costs which I incur and U Will Dance and the Instructor teaching the Class assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses, injury, or personal damage suffered by me in connection with the use of any facilities or services in connection with the Classes.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds. You may transfer the amount to any U Will Dance Class (level appropriate) within the same calendar year. Note that class availability constantly changes. No guarantee that this class will always be available.This policy does not apply for missed classes, no show and/or non-communication of such request. It is required that you request this transfer on or before the first scheduled class is to begin.
