2026 Class Schedule

Fall Classes Begin Saturday, September 5, 2026

Registration is Mandatory

It is mandatory to register for classes. We need to know how many students will be attending so that we can plan accordingly. We also need to make sure that each student is taking the correct level of class. If we have too few people registered, the class will be canceled. Registration is due one week before the start of classes, so please register as soon as possible.

Please note our refund policy
We do not offer refunds for missed dance classes. However, all participants will receive a class video, which is provided to everyone after each session. This ensures you can stay on track and continue practicing at your own pace.

Mondays-Plain City

Monday

8:30 AM – Raise the Bar Stretching & Conditioning (Plain City)
Improve flexibility, posture, balance, strength, and mobility in a full-body workout designed for all fitness levels.
