Registration (text 614-327-6441) for classes is mandatory at least 3 hours before the start of class. If we don't have enough students registered, classes may be canceled. Thank you for your cooperation.

Plain City Location: U Will Dance Studio

Raise the Bar Exercise combines mindful movement with strength exercises. Each class starts with stretching, breathing, and mindfulness exercises to help you relax and refocus. You'll use equipment like yoga mats, water, balls, elastic bands, yoga blocks, and weights to perform strength moves that build strength and flexibility. Achieve a full-body workout in just one hour with this holistic fitness approach.
