A educational collective tasked with uniting stakeholders across the Rochester region to pool resources, build capacity, and advance equity in education.
Educational equity is not work that any single district or educator can accomplish in isolation—collectively, we are stronger.
Guided by the New York State Culturally Responsive-Sustaining Education (CRSE) Framework, New York Inspires-Portrait of a Graduate, and a robust body of research, we recognize that equitable, inclusive learning environments are essential to student achievement, well-being, and broader community success. We do this work to dismantle systemic disparities, foster belonging, and ensure every student across our region has the resources, representation, and opportunities necessary to thrive.
