Why

People are not well educated about the refugee population.

Literature is lacking about advocating for the refugee population. However, refugees are beginning to advocate for themselves. Sophia and Robert have agency. They give the refugee community a voice.

Although society tells refugees that because they are not from the United States they can not achieve the dream. Robert and Sophia know they can achieve the dream and are inspiring the refugee community that they too can reach the dream. They are in it together.
