Google Earth Browser (Web) is a web-based application, as opposed to Google Earth Pro which is a desktop application. Google Earth Browser has limited tools for creating maps, requires very good wifi bandwidth, and does not work offline. It is, however, collaborative, it can be shared with the public, and it has beautiful, immersive 3D imagery. You can import KML into Google Earth Browser and use it for a presentation tool.
