These Terms of Use govern your use of Reflexa for iPhone and Apple Watch.
By using Reflexa, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Reflexa
Reflexa is a reflex training and entertainment app.
The app includes practice mode, challenges, ELO progression, Daily Challenges, Weekly Tournament, Apple Watch gameplay, history, haptics, achievements, Game Center features, and optional Pro features.
2. License
Reflexa is licensed to you, not sold.
You may use Reflexa for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms.
3. No Medical Advice
Reflexa is not a medical device.
Reflexa does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any medical condition.
Any heart rate information shown in Reflexa is provided only for gameplay context and must not be used for medical decisions.
4. Health and Safety
Use Reflexa responsibly.
Stop using the app if you feel discomfort, dizziness, pain, stress, unusual symptoms, or if gameplay becomes uncomfortable.
If you have a medical condition or concerns about heart rate monitoring, consult a healthcare professional before using related features.
5. Apple Watch and HealthKit
Apple Watch features may require HealthKit permission.
If you do not grant HealthKit permission, some heart rate features may not be available.
You are responsible for managing Health permissions in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.
6. Game Center
Reflexa may use Apple Game Center for achievements and leaderboards.
Game Center features depend on Apple services and may require an Apple ID, internet connection, and Game Center availability.
7. Daily Challenges and Weekly Tournaments
Daily Challenges and Weekly Tournaments are skill-based app features designed for gameplay and progression.
Apple is not a sponsor of, or responsible for, Reflexa challenges, tournaments, leaderboards, rewards, or competitions.
Scores may depend on timing accuracy, device performance, network availability, app state, and Apple service availability.
8. Reflexa Pro, Subscriptions, and RevenueCat
Reflexa may offer paid Pro features through Apple in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID.
If Reflexa Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, the subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple’s App Store terms.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Refunds, billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment processing are handled by Apple.
Reflexa uses RevenueCat to validate purchases, manage subscription status, manage entitlements, and provide access to Pro features.
RevenueCat does not process your payment card directly for Reflexa. Payment information is handled by Apple.
Access to Pro features may depend on Apple purchase validation, RevenueCat availability, internet connection, App Store services, and your subscription status.
9. Fair Use
You agree not to:
• Cheat, manipulate, automate, or abuse scores.
• Interfere with Reflexa, Apple services, Game Center, RevenueCat, or other users.
• Reverse engineer, copy, sell, redistribute, or modify Reflexa except where allowed by law.
• Use Reflexa in a way that violates laws, Apple rules, or these Terms.
10. Availability and Changes
Reflexa may change over time.
Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed depending on device, iOS version, watchOS version, subscription status, Health permission, Game Center availability, RevenueCat availability, or Apple service availability.
11. Intellectual Property
Reflexa, including its name, design, gameplay systems, visuals, text, and code, belongs to Yassine Hammouti unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or create derivative works from Reflexa without permission.
12. Disclaimer
Reflexa is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect timing under all device conditions, error-free performance, leaderboard availability, subscription validation availability, or continuous access to every feature.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Reflexa and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
14. Apple
Apple is not responsible for Reflexa, its content, maintenance, support, tournaments, challenges, leaderboards, RevenueCat services, or user data, except where required by Apple’s own terms and applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when Reflexa changes or when legal, technical, or App Store requirements change.
Continued use of Reflexa after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
