This Privacy Policy explains how Reflexa handles information when you use the Reflexa app for iPhone and Apple Watch.
Reflexa is designed to be privacy-first. You can use the app without creating an account.
1. Information Reflexa May Store
Reflexa may store the following information on your device:
• Gameplay results, including reaction times, scores, completed challenges, ELO changes, streaks, achievements, daily challenge results, tournament results, and history.
• App preferences, including theme, sound, haptic settings, accessibility settings, and selected options.
• Apple Watch gameplay results, when you use Reflexa on Apple Watch.
• Heart rate information during Apple Watch gameplay, only if you grant HealthKit permission.
• Subscription status and Pro access information.
2. HealthKit and Apple Watch Data
Reflexa may request access to HealthKit when you use Apple Watch features.
If you allow access, Reflexa may read heart rate during gameplay and may record workout sessions to support continuous heart rate monitoring during reflex challenges.
HealthKit data is used only to:
• Display real-time heart rate during gameplay.
• Show heart rate context on result screens.
• Include heart rate information in gameplay history.
• Help you better understand your reflex training sessions.
Reflexa does not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, profiling, data mining, or sale to third parties.
Reflexa does not access clinical health records.
You can disable Health access at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.
3. Game Center
If you use Game Center features, Apple Game Center may process your leaderboard scores, achievements, display name, and related competition data according to Apple’s own privacy practices.
4. Subscriptions, Payments, and RevenueCat
Reflexa Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Reflexa uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status, purchase validation, entitlements, renewals, and access to Pro features.
RevenueCat may process limited purchase-related information, such as subscription status, product identifiers, transaction information, receipt validation data, app version, device-related technical information, and an anonymous app user identifier.
Reflexa does not receive or store your payment card information. Payment processing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple.
RevenueCat is used only to provide and manage subscription functionality. Reflexa does not use RevenueCat data for advertising, ad targeting, marketing profiling, or selling personal data.
5. Data Sharing
Reflexa does not sell your personal data.
Reflexa may share limited information only when necessary to provide app functionality, including:
• Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements.
• Apple in-app purchase services for purchases and subscriptions.
• RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage subscription access.
• Apple HealthKit, only with your explicit permission.
6. Advertising
If Reflexa displays advertising in the free version, HealthKit data is never used for advertising, ad targeting, marketing, profiling, or data mining.
7. Local Storage
Most Reflexa data is stored locally on your device.
Some features, such as Game Center leaderboards, achievements, subscriptions, RevenueCat purchase validation, or Apple services, may involve external systems.
8. Data Retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it, reset app data where available, or uninstall the app.
Game Center, subscription, Apple purchase, and RevenueCat subscription data may be retained according to Apple’s and RevenueCat’s own retention practices.
9. Your Choices
You can:
• Use Reflexa without creating an account.
• Disable Health access in Apple Health or iOS Settings.
• Disable Game Center from iOS settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID.
• Restore purchases where available.
• Delete local app data by removing Reflexa from your device.
10. Children’s Privacy
Reflexa is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through Reflexa, contact us and we will help remove it where possible.
11. No Medical Use
Reflexa is a reflex training and entertainment app.
Reflexa is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any medical condition.
Heart rate information is shown only for gameplay context and must not be used for medical decisions.
12. Security
Reflexa is designed to limit data collection and keep most gameplay data on your device. However, no app or system can guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Reflexa changes or when legal, technical, or App Store requirements change.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
