### How to Cancel
1. Go to Settings in Reelloo app
2. Select "Subscription"
3. Choose "Cancel Subscription"
4. Confirm cancellation

### Digital Services
Generally no refunds for:
- Used subscription periods
- Partial months of service
- Change of mind after purchase
### Exceptional Refunds
Refunds considered for:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Technical issues preventing app usage
- Unauthorized transactions
