Open the Reelloo app.
Navigate to → Settings scroll down you will seee
Tap on "Delete Account" or "Request Account Deletion".
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your choice.
Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly.

Required Information:
The email address associated with your Reelloo account.
Your in-app username (if different).
A clear statement requesting the permanent deletion of your account and data.
Processing Time: We will process your request and send a confirmation email within 7-10 business days.
When you request account deletion, the following occurs:
Permanent Removal: Your profile, preferences, settings, and user-generated content (such as posts, comments, or saved items) will be permanently removed from our active databases.
Access Termination: You will no longer be able to access or recover your account.
Subscription Cancellation: Any active subscription will be canceled. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but you will not be charged further.
Please note that for specific legal or operational reasons, we may retain certain information even after account deletion, as permitted or required by law. This may include:
Transactional records for financial reporting and compliance.
Data related to resolved disputes or violations of our Terms of Service.
Anonymous or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you.
