2021 Hunters Night Out Banquet

Saturday November 6 - Doors Open at 5 PM Dinner 6:30 PM

Registration for our banquet this year. All Tickets will be reserved for you at the front desk when you arrive at the banquet. You will NOT receive tickets in the mail. Please indicate the names for your tickets on the form below. All tickets will be at the desk under the first name listed on this form. If you would like individual tickets to claimed at the door, please complete an additional form for each person. Mailings/emails will be sent to each name listed on this form for future banquets. Please include contact info for each person.

To reserve your ticket, make checks payable to HUNTERS NIGHT OUT,

and send $55 for each ticket by October 9 to:

Tickets will be reserved for members attending our 2019 banquet. If you would like additional tickets, please indicate those names when you send in the form below. After October 10, tickets will be made available to new members. Admission includes Door Prize Drawings-including over 20 guns, Prizes donated by area businesses, Pork Chop Dinner, and entry to the building.

There will be additional Chinese Raffles, Gun Raffles, Silent Auctions, and 8 Pack Drawing Raffles sold at the event.

The local community benefits from the Organizations involved in this event as all of the organizations included give back to the community in a huge way!
