Welcome to Redfish Lakehouse - a place you can enjoy with the entire family. This 1970's timber frame home is situated on the West Arm of Kootenay Lake - the lakefront property is truly magical!
This 4 bedroom (5 beds), 2 bathroom home is perfect for up to 8 people. The home has a suite attached to it which is also a short-term rental. Each space has its own firepit area and the waterside deck is separated by a fence. The waterfront lawn and beach are shared spaces during your stay.

Living Room
The living room offers ample sitting room and great views of Kootenay Lake. There is a new 55" Samsung smart TV available for movie nights - just log into your favourite streaming platforms. Highspeed internet is also available.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need during your stay. We don't stock condiments but we do provide oil, salt, pepper and steak spice. The kitchen has new appliances and a dishwasher. The kitchen table seats 8 and a folding highchair is available.
The kitchen looks out onto the waterside deck and has a great view of Kootenay Lake.

Bedrooms
We have a room for the entire family. Redfish Lakehouse sleeps 8 people and has 4 bedrooms in total with 5 beds.
The picture on the left is the master bedroom which is located upstairs. Enjoy the post and beam room with floor to ceiling windows which showcase Kootenay Lake. This room offers a king bed with a Douglas mattress, a closet, a bench for luggage, ceiling fan, telescope and a comfortable chair to enjoy a good book.
Upstairs Bedroom #1
This bedroom has a queen bed, a hope chest to place luggage on and wall hooks for towels and clothes.
Upstairs Bedroom #2
This bedroom has a queen bed, single bed, night stand with a light, a hope chest to place luggage on and wall hooks for towels and clothes.
Downstairs bedroom
This bedroom has a double bed, a closet for clothes/luggage and wall hooks for towels and clothes.
Bathrooms
The photo to the left is the upstairs bathroom. There is a large soaker tub which is perfect for bathing the kids.

This bathroom offers a large tub with a shower.
outdoor shower
An outdoor shower, foot wash and dog wash area offers hot water! This is a perfect spot to rinse off or shower outdoors after a day in the lake.
Outdoor Space
The water side deck or firepit area are great spots to gather outdoors with family. The views of Kootenay Lake and the surrounding mountains are magnificent - especially when the local wildlife entertains you. There is a BBQ on the waterside deck, adirondack chairs, a picnic table and a firepit for you to enjoy.
