GIVING IS AN ACT OF FAITH

The faithful care of the resources entrusted to us is critical to the life of our church! Your financial giving (whether placed in the offering plate on Sunday or drawn automatically from your bank account) is an act of worship, a tangible sign of your faith. 

There are many ways to give. Consider these options:

• Schedule a regular deduction from a bank account or credit card, or make a one-time donation.

• Giving from investments may offer tax savings. Check with your financial advisor. One of these plans may work for you:

  • • Donating shares of stock that have appreciated.

    • Giving through a Donor Advised Fund.

    • If you have an IRA with a Required Minimum Distribution, withdrawals can be made as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (OCD) for tax savings.
      
      

• Planning your giving helps you, the giver, stay faithful and regular in your faith commitment, and it helps the church in its planning.
