Have students choose a different animal and create a book with a variety of different perspectives. Have each child contribute a single page using Google Drawings. If students are struggling to create a picture on their own encourage them to use one shape or a single line to create an interesting perspective. Compile all of the drawings and create a class book.
Older students can create their own book using Book Creator on an iPad (making it easier to take and add their own photos) or on Chrome. Export finished books to the web as a video. Upload to YouTube and have a viewing party.
