Use the Sketches app or ABCya! Paint to create a scribble. Add legs, eyes, and a mouth.
Create a short story to go with the scribble. What is its name? Where is it going? What is it doing? How is it feeling?

Let students get creative by developing their own short play by using StoryboardThat. This site allows users to choose from a variety of settings, characters, and text boxes to create a story scene by scene.
Students can experiment with the site without logging on but will need to create an account to save their work.
