General Questions

How do I book a project?

You can book a project through our Booking page by submitting a detailed request. We respond within 24–48 hours with a quote and availability.

How far in advance should I schedule?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, though rush projects may be accepted depending on our schedule.

Do you travel outside Tulsa?

Yes! We are available for travel. Mileage or travel fees may apply depending on the destination.

What kind of equipment do you use?

We use professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure cinematic visual and sound quality.

Yes! Whether you need multi-cam filming or livestream support, we are fully capable of providing professional technical coverage.

Licensing & Usage Rights

What usage rights come with my video?

All promotional packages include 90-day usage rights by default.

Can I extend my usage rights?

Yes! You may upgrade to 180-day usage for +50% of the base package rate.

What about full ownership?

Full buyout options may be available depending on the project.

Editing & Revisions

How many revisions are included?

Every project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no extra charge.

What if I need more changes?

Additional revision rounds are available for $50 per round.

Pricing & Discounts

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer seasonal promotions, new client discounts, loyalty perks, and nonprofit rates.

Are discounts stackable?

No. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Do your prices ever change?

Rates are subject to change, but once your project is booked, your rate is locked in.

Payments & Deposits

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 30% deposit is required to secure your project date.

When is the final payment due?

The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Can I reschedule my shoot?

Yes! Rescheduling is free if done 7+ days before the shoot. Within 7 days may incur a fee.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve specific production time.
