Whether you need promotional content, entertainment media, livestream assistance, or custom video work, we’re here to make the process seamless.

How to Book

Follow these quick steps to schedule your project:

1. Submit a Booking Request

Fill out the booking form below with details about your project. The more information you can provide (type of video, estimated date, goals, etc.), the more accurate your initial quote will be.

2. Receive a Quote

Once we review your request, we will reach out within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with:

• A personalized quote

• Estimated timeline

• Any additional information or clarification needed

3. Approve & Secure Your Date

To officially secure your project date on our production calendar:

• Approve the quote

• Place the required deposit (see below)

Once confirmed, your rate is locked in, even if our pricing changes.

4. Production Begins

We collaborate with you on concept development, scheduling, filming, and editing. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication and provide updates at key stages.

Booking Requirements

Deposits

A 30% deposit is required to secure your project date. This deposit is applied to your total project cost.

Payment Schedule

• 30% deposit at time of booking

• Remaining balance due upon project completion and before final delivery

• Credit/debit cards

• PayPal

• Cash App

• Venmo

• Bank transfer (upon request)

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens—we get it. Here’s how we handle changes:

Rescheduling

• Free rescheduling if requested 7+ days before your shoot

• Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a $50 adjustment fee depending on crew availability

Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve dedicated production time

• If a project is canceled after filming begins, payment is due for hours already worked

• Name / Business Name

• Email & Phone Number

• Type of Project (Music Video, Promo, Livestream, Social Media, etc.)

• Desired Date(s)

• Location

• Brief Project Description

• Any Add-Ons or Usage Needs

Important Notes

• All bookings include up to 2 rounds of revisions

• Additional revision rounds: $50 each

• Raw footage and extended usage rights are available as add-ons

• Travel fees may apply for projects outside Tulsa, OK
