I know these men personally... their lives were a mess... Something, somebody changed them!

By the time I had committed my terrible crime while in the throes of addiction, life was all over for me. In prison I was honestly just waiting to die. There was not a drop of hope left in me. I was irredeemable and had fallen too far.

Then I met a Christian inmate, who brought me back into the truth, which is the Bible. Hope began to grow slowly. But it was when I was released to a Christian home which assisted in helping men involved with drugs and alcohol that I truly developed, healed, and matured in Christ. I learned how to love, experience humility, and service others. I honestly assessed my character defects with the help of pastors there, but instead of beating myself up over them, I went to work toward strengthening my character.

Good truly exists in the form of a very real and loving Father. He used godly men in my life, that assisted me in following the Lord, and helped me to experience that "second chance" to do what I always realized was right. To anyone considering taking the first step towards a life lived as intended by God, a good and hopeful life; I say with full confidence, it is the greatest step you'll ever take!
