YOU ARE LOVED.
We are made to love one another and give our lives away (John 13:34-35)
Serving in the church and community is a powerful way to grow in your faith and make a meaningful impact. The Bible reminds us that "God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another" (1 Peter 4:10, NLT). When you serve, you step into a deeper relationship with God and others, discovering your unique gifts and how they can bless those around you. Jesus Himself said, "For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many" (Mark 10:45, NLT). Serving is a step of faith that draws you closer to God, helps you grow spiritually, and allows you to share God's love in tangible ways.
Opportunities to Serve
We believe everyone has the opportunity to serve—both in the church and the community. Whether it’s on a Sunday morning or throughout the week, there’s a place for you to jump in and use your gifts for God’s glory while building real friendships along the way.
A Pathway to Serve
Our first priority is getting to know you and building real relationships. That’s why we encourage new folks to connect with our leaders, stick around for a while, and attend a Discover Reclamation class (held about three times each year). This 2 hour class will help you learn about our beliefs, story, and mission while discovering where you might fit best.
Making Disciples Who Serve
Our goal isn’t just to fill roles—it’s to multiply faithful disciples who serve and continue the work. Our team leaders, all long-time members of our church family, are dedicated to passing the mission on to trustworthy people who are ready to grow and give their lives away for Jesus (2 Timothy 2:2). If you’re looking for inspiration, we love recommending Improving Your Serve by Chuck Swindoll—a classic on living for Christ and others!
