Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a form of energy healing and a relaxation tool. Elizabeth is able to sense any imbalance to the natural craniosacral rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid on the head and along the spine through gentle hand placements, and any compression that is noted can be relived with slight pressure.
