ReadingSphere is a reader‑coordination platform designed to connect authors with engaged readers for the purpose of thoughtful reading, feedback, and organic engagement. We do not sell reviews, guarantee future ratings, or promise specific outcomes such as sales, rankings, or algorithm placement on third‑party platforms.

Eligibility and Participation

By using our services, you confirm that you are the author or authorized representative of the book submitted, and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. Participation in the program requires cooperation, timely communication, and adherence to our guidelines.

Nature of the Service

Our service focuses on organizing access to real readers within our community. Readers choose books based on interest and availability, and engagement occurs over a structured reading period. Feedback and reviews are voluntary, independent, and based on each reader’s honest experience.

We do not control the content, tone, timing, or platform placement of reviews. Any visibility or traction gained is a natural result of reader activity and not a guaranteed outcome.

Digital Content Submission

Authors are required to provide a digital copy of their book (PDF, ARC, Kindle‑compatible, or similar formats) for reading purposes only. Files are shared strictly with the number of readers selected by the author and are used solely within the community. Redistribution beyond the program is not permitted.

Author Responsibilities

Authors agree not to request, influence, incentivize, or pressure readers for positive feedback. Any attempt to manipulate reviews or violate platform policies may result in removal from the program without refund.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is outlined in our Refund Policy. In general, authors may request a full refund if, after 30 days, their book has not been read or meaningfully engaged with as defined by the program. Refunds are not applicable once reading and engagement have begun.

Service Limitations

ReadingSphere does not guarantee results related to sales, rankings, bestseller status, or long‑term visibility. Outcomes depend on multiple factors, including book quality, reader interest, genre alignment, and external platform algorithms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are violated or if participation disrupts the integrity of the community.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
