Our Commitment

Our service is built around organizing access to real readers and coordinating structured reading cycles. We do not sell reviews or guarantee specific outcomes. However, we do believe authors deserve clarity and accountability when engaging with our platform.

Eligibility for Refunds

Authors may be eligible for a 100% refund if, after 30 days from the start of their reading cycle, their book has not been read or meaningfully engaged with by the community, provided that all required materials were submitted correctly and on time.

Meaningful engagement refers to readers actively participating in the reading process, which may include progress updates, feedback, or review activity depending on the program structure.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are not applicable once the reading cycle has begun and readers have started engaging with the book. This includes situations where readers have accessed the book, begun reading, or provided feedback or reviews.

Refunds are also not available if delays or lack of engagement result from incomplete submissions, late file uploads, incorrect information, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Review Outcomes

Because all feedback and reviews are based on readers’ independent opinions, refunds are not issued based on the tone, rating, or content of reviews. We do not influence or control reader responses, and differences in reception are a normal part of the reading process.

Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the contact details provided on our website. Each request is reviewed carefully to ensure fairness and accuracy. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time-frame.

This policy exists to balance accountability with realism. Every book, reader, and reading cycle is different. While we cannot promise outcomes, we are committed to providing honest coordination, clear communication, and a respectful experience for every author who works with us.
