Thrifting can be scary if you don't know where to start. Before you buy something, consider if... 

• You like how the clothes fit on you (or if you're able/willing to fix them)

• It'll get more than one wear

• Something similar is already in your closet

• You can wear it with things you have at home

• There's an event you can wear it to (Grocery shopping? Ballroom dance? …Both?)

• It'll be in the same condition after a few uses

And the most important advice: Only buy things you know you'll wear!
