The Bilingual Education Council (BEC) advises the Superintendent on matters related to bilingual education, including curriculum, instructional materials, and cultural issues. BEC is made up of parents, community organizations, students, teachers, and administrators of the RCSD, who have demonstrated their concern for the development of bilingual education.

SEPAC GENERAL MEETINGS
SEPAC General Meetings - are held once a month via Zoom. Meetings are held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Administrators from the RCSD Special Education Department join SEPAC meetings to be a support to our families and present on various topics such as:
