PLAC is open to all schools and programs in RCSD.

The PLAC Leadership Team is the Steering Committee of the Parent Leadership Advisory Council of the Rochester City School District. To join the committee you MUST:
1. Be a Parent or Caregiver of an RCSD student who is enrolled for the 2025-26 School Year.
2. Read the PLAC Bylaws
3. Commit to 1 Meeting via Teams per month and be in-person or on Teams for 4 Membership Meetings per school year.
PLAC annual parent retreat will be held April 25, 2026
