Call for Abstracts 

Interested Individuals can send a short abstract of maximum 500 words by registering here. Presenters are requested to submit the abstract as per the specified template (Abstract Templates)

 Registration Fee

1. Online (500 + 18% GST = 590 Rs, only for Indian  Researchers/ Students/Scientists/Research scholars/Faculty)

2. Online (US Dollar $ 20 + 18% GST = US Dollar $ 23.6, for International Researchers/ Students/Scientist/Research Scholar/Faculty)

3. Offline (3500 + 18% GST = 4130 Rs, only for Indian Researchers/ Students/Scientists/Research scholars/Faculty)

4. Offline (US Dollar $ 50 + 18% GST = US Dollar $ 59, for International Researchers/ Students/Scientists/Research Scholars/Faculty)

Rate of IIT Guwahati Guesthouse room: 

AC room single occupancy: 900 Rs/day + 18 % GST

 AC room double occupancy: 1100 Rs/day + 18% GST

Note: Accommodations in IIT Guwahati will be available based on availability. For accommodation, participants need to pay as per the IIT Guwahati rules.

Session wise best presentation will be selected and awarded by the technical review committee

Theme wise best full paper will be selected and awarded by the technical review committee

  Best 40 presentations may be called for submitting full-length papers to be published in Springer Nature
