Disaster Prevention Training

The center actively cooperates with the government's disaster prevention policy and was approved as a specialized training institution for "Disaster Prevention Specialists" in Taiwan starting in May 2020. It has trained numerous basic and seed instructors to undertake the responsibility of promoting disaster prevention education. In 2020, the center held three training sessions, training over 100 people to obtain certification as Disaster Prevention Specialists. By promoting the training of Disaster Prevention Specialists, the center aims to cultivate enthusiastic workers who can independently promote disaster prevention and rescue efforts and begin to participate in community disaster prevention work. This will gradually enhance the disaster prevention and rescue capabilities of grassroots communities and reduce the losses caused by disasters.
