My name is Shannon Neu and I have been the Music Specialist at Richland Creek Elementary School for six years. I received my Bachelor of Music in Music Education from UNC-Greensboro in 2016. In addition to teaching music at RCES, I play the oboe in the Raleigh Civic Symphony.
