How to pay the conference fee

As per the university regulations, we would like to inform you that the only accepted method of payment for the conference fee is via bank transfer.

Kindly ensure that you initiate the payment via bank transfer before the specified deadline to secure your registration for the event.

Please note that cash payments for the conference fee and/or the conference dinner will NOT be accepted on the day of the event.

When to pay

We kindly request that you complete both the payment of the conference fee and the registration process no later than May 25th. This will ensure your participation and enable us to finalize arrangements for the event.

What to do next

After completing the bank transfer, please ensure to obtain a receipt of the transaction. This receipt should be saved as a PDF file or image, with dimensions not exceeding 10 MB.

When prompted during the registration process, you will be required to upload this payment receipt within the registration form. This step is crucial for validating your payment and completing your registration for the conference.
