Who has to pay the fee

All presenters and session organizers are required to register and pay the conference fee.

What is included in the fee...

The conference dinner will be charged separately and will amount to 50€ per person.

The case scenarios

A non-member of ISA RC52 attending the conference dinner with a companion must pay 350€.

A non-member of ISA RC52 attending the conference dinner alone must pay 300€.

A non-member of ISA RC52 NOT attending the conference dinner must pay 250€.

A member of ISA RC52 from a Type-A country attending the conference dinner with a companion must pay 275€.

A member of ISA RC52 from a Type-A country attending the conference dinner alone must pay 225€.

A member of ISA RC52 from a Type-A country NOT attending the conference dinner must pay €175.

A member of ISA RC52 from a Type-B country attending the conference dinner with a companion must pay 225€.

A member of ISA RC52 from a Type-B country attending the conference dinner alone must pay €175.

A member of ISA RC52 from a Type-B country NOT attending the conference dinner must pay €125.

A PhD student attending the conference dinner with a companion must pay €200.

A PhD student attending the conference dinner alone must pay €150.

A PhD student NOT attending the conference dinner must pay €100.

Important notes

1. Please note that member fees are applicable only if membership status is active at the time of registration. Those who are found to be non-compliant will be required to regularize their membership status or to pay the non-member fee.

2. For PhD students, a valid student ID must be provided through the online registration form.
