Connected the database to Google Looker Studio to create three main interactive dashboards:

1. Checkout Dashboard

   • Total donations and checkouts

   • Average daily transactions

   • Top 8 most donated items

   • Program popularity metrics

   • Daily checkout/donation variation graphs

2. Inventory Dashboard

   • Interactive inventory list with status indicators (red/yellow/normal)

   • Current inventory totals and category breakdowns

   • Stock level alerts and trending items

3. Cost Dashboard

   • Staff scheduling and payroll visualization

   • Department expense tracking

   • Hours worked and cost allocation

Interactive Dashboards:
