Phase 1: Excel-Based System

Leveraging the college's Microsoft Teams and SharePoint infrastructure, I developed an online spreadsheet system with multiple integrated components:

• Welcome Page: Central navigation hub

• Guest Enrollment: Student registration system

• Checkout Interface: Transaction processing

• Inventory Management: Stock tracking

• Reports Dashboard: Analytics visualization

• Source Data: Backend for implemented dropdowns

The system utilized advanced Excel features including IF/SUMIF formulas, navigation buttons between pages, and cell protection for data integrity. Monthly reporting capabilities included pivot tables and data visualization for trend analysis.
