I designed and implemented a comprehensive management system for a clothing donation store at one of Canada's top 5 colleges. Beyond technical development, I established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), led the store operations, managed incoming donations, and participated in strategic planning from the grand opening onward. The system served over 3,000 students and continues to operate successfully to this day.
